摘要
随车起重装置在实际作业过程中,主折叠臂往往容易受到损坏。主要对小型随车起重装置主折叠臂进行设计研究,通过确定吊臂的基本尺寸、分析工况载荷,从而对吊臂强度、稳定性进行计算校核和有限元分析,最终设计出能满足负载210 kg货物的频繁起吊,为随车起重装置优化设计提供参考。
Derrick device developed rapidly in our country in recent years,but in the process of actual operation,the main folding arm is often susceptible to damage.In this paper,the main folding arm of small derrick device is mainly researched.Through determining the basic size of the boom and analyzing the load on the working condition,the strength and stability of the boom are calculated and checked,and the finite element analysis is also carried out.Finally,the design that can meet the load of 210 kg goods frequent lifting is completed.
