摘要
皮带输送机是煤矿井下作业大载重、长距离运输的主要设备。皮带输送机常规使用步电机、液力耦合器、减速机组合的驱动方式存在诸多缺陷,导致出现运送效率低、皮带易损坏等问题。为了提升皮带运输机的输送效率,提高皮带的使用寿命,提出了永磁直驱辊驱动方式,并设计了控制系统,简化了传动结构、空间体积小,传动效率得到大幅度提升,通过对运输量和传动功率之间内在关系的分析,设计合理的速度控制模式,减少物料对皮带的冲击和摩擦。对皮带运输机输传动系统及其控制方法的提升具有重要意义。
The belt conveyor is the main equipment of heavy load and long distance transportation in coal mine.There are many defects in the conventional driving mode of belt conveyor which is composed of the stepper motor,hydraulic coupler and reducer,and these defects would lead to the problems of low efficiency and easy damage of belt.In order to improve the conveying efficiency of the belt conveyor and the service life of the belt,this paper puts forward the permanent magnet direct drive roller driving mode,and designs the control system,which simplifies the transmission structure,reduces the space volume,and greatly improves the transmission efficiency.Through the analysis of the internal relationship between the transportation volume and the transmission power,a reasonable speed control mode is designed to reduce the impact and friction of materials on the belt.It is of great significance to improve the transmission system and control method of the belt conveyor.
