预焙阳极煅烧烟气中可凝结颗粒物的排放研究

摘要 对预焙阳极煅烧烟气中的可凝结颗粒物(CPM)以及其重要的气态前体物三氧化硫(SO3)进行了测试。研究发现,湿法脱硫(WFGD)装置与湿式电除尘器(WESP)对SO3具有协同脱除效果。WFGD对SO3的去除率为47.92%。WESP对SO3的去除率达到了88.75%,可有效解决“蓝色烟羽”问题。SO3与CPM在WESP出口的浓度分别为4.87、8.14 mg/m3。在WESP之前,CPM占总颗粒物的32.34%,这一数值在WESP之后变为了74.75%,需要引起重视。WESP对CPM的去除率为80.36%。无机组分为CPM的主要组分。在凝结态的CPM中,硫元素与氮元素分别以SO_(4)^(2)和NH_(4)^(+)的形式存在。 Condensable particulate matter(CPM)and its important gaseous precursor,sulfur trioxide(SO3)in the prebaked anode calcination flue gas,were measured in this study.It was found that the wet flue gas desulfurization(WFGD)device and the wet electrostatic precipitator(WESP)have synergistic effect on the removal of SO3.The removal rate of SO3 in the WFGD was 47.92%.The removal rate of SO3 by the WESP reached 88.75%,which can effectively solve the problem of"blue smoke plume".The concentrations of SO3 and CPM at the outlet of the WESP were 4.87 mg/m3 and 8.14 mg/m3,respectively.CPM accounted for 32.34% of the total particulate matter before the WESP,and this value became 74.75% after the WESP,which needs to be paid attention to.The removal rate of CPM in the WESP was 80.36%.Inorganic fraction was the main component of the CPM.In the CPM of the condensation state,sulfur and nitrogen exist in the form of SO42- and NH4+,respectively.
