摘要
冬奥会的成功申办为我国校园冰雪体育运动的开展提供了发展条件,该文运用文献资料法、田野调查法、访谈法等对衡水市冰雪运动进校园的现实状况和限制因素进行研究,结果表明:衡水市冰雪运动进校园的困境体现在资源配备、师资力量、价值取向和冰雪文化4个方面。并针对衡水市冰雪运动进校园的困境提出相应的对策,旨在为衡水市相关部门实施政策提供参考,为实现冬奥会的顺利举办、为完成"三亿人上冰雪"的承诺,为我国冰雪运动的可持续发展以及提升青少年体质健康贡献力量。
The success of the Olympic bid carries out the development condition for campus of ice and snow sports in our country.This paper uses the literature material law,field survey method,interview method and so on in Hengshui city of ice and snow sports into the reality of the campus and to study the limiting factor.The results show that the ice and snow sports into the plight of the campus is embodied in Hengshui city resources,teachers,value orientation and the ice and snow culture.It also puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the plight of Hengshui ice and snow sports entering the campus,aiming to provide reference for relevant departments of Hengshui to implement policies,to realize the smooth holding of the Winter Olympics,to fulfill the promise of"300 million people on ice and snow",and to contribute to the sustainable development of China's ice and snow sports and to improve the physical health of teenagers.
