摘要
在连杆质心运动分析的基础上,基于牛顿-欧拉法推导了液压支架四连杆机构各构件的动力平衡方程,将方程在Matlab/Simulink软件中集成构建液压支架四连杆机构的动力学数值仿真模型。在给定输出点运动规律的条件下,可计算出四连杆机构各关节点的约束反力变化曲线,为液压支架的优化设计提供了基础。
Based on the motion analysis of the mass center of the connecting rod,the dynamic balance equations of the four-bar mechanism of hydraulic support were derived based on Newton-Euler method.The equations were integrated into the Matlab/Simulink software to construct the dynamic numerical simulation model of the four-bar mechanism of the hydraulic support.Under the condition of given motion pattern of output point,the change curve of constraint reaction force of each joint point of four-bar linkage mechanism can be calculated,which can provide the basis for the optimal design of hydraulic support.
