摘要
为提高铁路应急物资配送的快速响应能力,将应急物资配送与失效线路抢修结合在一起进行分析,指出了在应急救援初期资源有限的情况下,铁路网随失效线路抢修时间会不断变化。以追求最小化配送物资总延时和总的物资未满足量为目标,加入了线路抢修时间窗约束,建立了铁路应急物资配送和失效线路抢修的多目标集成优化模型,通过算例验证了模型和算法的可行性及有效性,分析了最佳抢修方案的目标值随参数扰动相对稳定,为制定铁路应急物流作业方案提供了一定的参考。
To improve the rapid response capability of railway emergency material distribution,we combined emergency material distribution and failed line repairs for analysis,and pointed out that railway network would continue to change with the emergency repair time of failed lines in the case of limited resources at the initial stage of emergency rescue.To set the shortest total delay time and the minimum total amount of unmet supplies as the basic goal,we added the restraint of repair completion time window and established an integration optimization model of railway emergency material distribution and failure lines repair.Further,the feasibility and effectiveness of model and algorithm are verified by calculation examples.As the analysis shows,the target value of the optimal repair scheme is relatively stable with parameter perturbation.The results of this paper could provide a certain reference value for formulating the railway emergency logistics operation plan.
