摘要
目的探究口腔修复治疗先天性缺牙患者的临床效果。方法选择2018年1月至2018年12月于我院进行诊治的40例先天性缺牙患者作为研究对象,所有研究对象均接受口腔修复治疗,比较患者治疗前后的语言功能评分、咀嚼功能评分以及生活质量评分,分析其临床治疗效果。结果本组患者的治疗总有效率为95.00%;治疗后,患者的语言功能评分、咀嚼功能评分以及生活质量评分均显著优于治疗前,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,患者对外部美观的满意度为97.50%,显著高于治疗前的37.50%,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对先天性缺牙患者,临床给予口腔修复治疗的效果显著,能够有效改善患者咀嚼功能和语言功能,提高其生活质量和患者满意度。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of oral prosthodontics in the treatment of congenital tooth deficiency.Methods Between January 2018 to December 2018 to our hospital for diagnosis and treatment of 40 patients with congenital missing teeth as the research object,all subjects were treated with oral cavity repair,to compare the language of comparison before and after treatment in patients with functional score,chewing function score and the quality of life score,and analysis the clinical therapeutic effect.Results The total effective rate was 95.00%.The scores of speech function,masticatory function and the quality of life of the patients after treatment were significantly better than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of 97.50%after treatment was significantly higher than 37.50%before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with congenital tooth deficiency,oral prosthodontic treatment has a significant clinical effect,can effectively improve the masticatory function and speech function of patients,improve the quality of life and patient satisfaction.
