摘要
目的探讨扩张性心肌病伴恶性心律失常患者实施连续性护理干预的临床效果。方法选择2018年1月至2019年3月我院收治的扩张性心肌病伴恶性心律失常患者80例,随机分为观察组与对照组各40例,分别采用连续性护理和常规护理进行干预,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率、左室射血分数(LVEF)明显高于对照组,并发症发生率、QRS波时限、左室舒张末内径(LVEDD)、左室不同步指数均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论连续性护理应用于扩张性心肌病伴恶性心律失常患者,可帮助患者提升治疗的总体效果,降低并发症发生率,改善心功能。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of continuous nursing intervention in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy and malignant arrhythmia.Methods A total of 80 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy and malignant arrhythmia who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases each.Continuous nursing and routine nursing were used for intervention.Compare the nursing effect of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group.The complication rate,QRS wave duration,left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),and left ventricular asynchrony index were all lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing applied to patients with dilated cardiomyopathy and malignant arrhythmia can help patients improve the overall effect of treatment,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve heart function.
