摘要
目的探究积极心理学理论应用于精神分裂症患者康复护理中的效果。方法选取2017年2月至2019年2月医院收治的100例精神分裂症康复期患者,结合患者、家属意愿将其分为对照组(50例,采用常规康复护理)与观察组(50例,在常规康复护理基础上采用积极心理学指导),对比两组患者的干预效果。结果干预前,两组患者的自测健康评定量表(SRHMS)评分以及幸福进取者问卷(HEIQ)评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组患者的SRHMS评分、HEIQ评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症康复期患者在接受积极心理学指导下的护理干预措施有助于促使患者形成积极的心理,改善康复效果。
Objective To explore the application of positive psychology theory in the rehabilitation and nursing process of schizophrenics intervention effect.Methods From February 2017 to February 2019,100 patients with schizophrenia were divided into control group(50 patients,received routine rehabilitation nursing)and observation group(50 patients,received routine rehabilitation nursing+intervention measures under the guidance of positive psychology)based on the wishes of patients and their families,and the effect of intervention was compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,the SRHMS scores and HEIQ scores of the two subjects were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After intervention,the SRHMS and HEIQ scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention measures under the guidance of positive psychology in the rehabilitation stage of schizophrenia patients can help patients form a positive psychology and improve the rehabilitation effect.
