摘要
目的探讨生物反馈训练与电刺激联用对自然分娩产妇盆底功能的影响。方法将2018年12月—2019年12月在本院分娩的224例产妇,按照其意愿分为研究组和对照组,各112例。对照组进行盆底功能训练,研究组在对照组基础上给予生物反馈训练与电刺激治疗。比较两组产妇盆底功能障碍评分(pelvic floor distress inventory,PFDI-20)、盆底功能障碍影响建议问卷评分(pelvic floor impact questionnaire-short form 7,PFIQ-7)和尿失禁治疗效果。结果治疗后,研究组和对照组患者的PFDI-20评分分别为(11.04±3.26)、(13.03±3.52)分,PFIQ-7评分分别为(12.75±3.25)、(14.01±3.44)分,两组PFDI-20评分、PFIQ-7评分均较治疗前显著下降,且研究组均显著低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组尿失禁治疗总有效率(94.64%)显著高于对照组(83.04%),比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论生物反馈训练联合电刺激能显著改善产妇盆底功能,减少尿失禁。
Objective To explore the effect of biofeedback training combined with electrical stimulation on the pelvic floor function of parturient women.Methods 224 parturients who delivered in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were divided into study group and control group according to their wishes,112 in each group.The control group received pelvic floor function training,and the study group received biofeedback training and electrical stimulation treatment on the basis of the control group.The results of pelvic floor distress inventory(PFDI-20),pelvic floor impact questionnaire-short form 7(PFIQ-7)and urinary incontinence were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the PFDI-20 scores of the study group and the control group were(11.04±3.26)and(13.03±3.52)points respectively,and the PFIQ-7 scores were(12.75±3.25)and(14.01±3.44)points respectively.The PFDI-20 scores and PFIQ-7 scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the indexes of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the study group(94.64%)was significantly higher than 83.04%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Biofeedback training combined with electrical stimulation can significantly improve the pelvic floor function and reduce urinary incontinence.
