30408不锈钢焊缝高温下力学性能研究

摘要 采用氩弧焊(GTAM)打底、手工电弧焊(SMAW)填充及盖面的焊接方法,对接焊接30408奥氏体不锈钢板,以测试母材和带焊缝材料的拉伸性能。结果表明,两种拉伸试样在500℃和600℃温度下均为延性断裂,而在700℃时带有焊缝的试样发生脆性断裂。此外,两种试样温度越高,强度和塑性越低。在500℃时,母材和带焊缝试样的拉伸强度和拉伸应变分别约为405MPa和380MPa以及0.42和0.34;在700℃时,母材和带焊缝试样的拉伸强度和拉伸应变分别约为220MPa和180MPa以及0.26和0.11。 30408 austenitic stainless steel plate was butt welded with GTAM backing and SMAW filling and capping to test the tensile properties of the base metal and the weld metal.The results show that the two tensile samples are ductile fracture at 500℃and 600℃,and brittle fracture occurs at 700℃.In addition,the higher the temperature,the the lower the strength and plasticity.At 500℃,the base metal and the weld metal are ductile fracture The tensile strength and strain of weld samples are 405mpa,380MPa and 0.42,0.34 respectively.However,at 700℃,the tensile strength and strain of base metal and weld samples are 220MPa,180MPa and 0.26,0.11 respectively.
