航空发动机后壳体组件焊缝去除工艺创新技术研究

摘要 飞机的发动机后壳体主要由蜂窝座和钣金件焊接而成,在焊接的过程中很容易出现焊缝的质量问题而影响飞机的安全飞行。处理航空发动机后壳体的焊缝需要使用焊缝去除技术,有时会因为焊缝量大和加工处理效率低导致安全水平受到影响。针对焊缝组件处理技术,需要注重航动机后壳体组件的零件变形问题和焊缝处理的效果,改进焊缝工装的质量,从而有效处理航空发动机零件焊缝去除效率低下和处理水平不高的问题。 The rear shell of the aircraft engine is mainly welded by honeycomb seat and sheet metal parts.During the welding process,it is easy to have the quality problem of the weld,which affects the safe flight of the aircraft.Welding seam removal technology is needed to treat the welding seam of aero-engine rear shell.Sometimes the safety level is affected due to the large amount of welding seam and low processing efficiency.In view of the weld assembly processing technology,it is necessary to pay attention to the deformation of the parts of the aero-engine rear shell assembly and the effect of the weld treatment,and improve the quality of the weld tooling,so as to effectively deal with the problems of the low efficiency of the weld removal and the low processing level of the aero-engine parts.
