摘要
目的观察手法复位联合药物治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕的临床疗效。方法选取2017年12月-2018年12月就诊于山东省博兴县人民医院的良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者72例,以随机数字表法分为研究组(采用手法复位联合药物治疗)和对照组(采用常规手法复位治疗),每组36例。比较2组临床疗效、治疗前后前庭症状指数(VSI)评分、Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分、计时平衡试验计时、眩晕发作频次、持续时间。结果研究组治疗总有效率为94.44%,高于对照组的77.78%(χ^(2)=4.181,P=0.041)。治疗后,2组VSI评分均低于治疗前,BBS评分均高于治疗前,计时平衡试验计时均长于治疗前,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后,2组眩晕频次均少于治疗前,持续时间均短于治疗前,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论手法复位联合药物治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕的临床疗效较好,可有效改善患者症状,起效快,复发率低,临床应用价值高。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of manual reduction combined with medicine in the treatment of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.Methods 72 patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo treated at Boxing People’s Hospital in Shandong Province from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected,and they were divided into study groups(manual reduction combined with drug treatment)and the control group(using conventional manual reduction treatment),36 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,VSI score,Berg balance scale(BBS)score,timing balance test,frequency and duration of vertigo attacks were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group(94.44%)was higher than that in the control group(77.78%)(χ^(2)=4.181,P=0.041).After treatment,the VSI scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the BBS scores were higher than those before treatment,the timing balance test time was longer than before treatment,and the study group was better than the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the frequency of vertigo in the two groups was less than before treatment,and the duration was shorter than before treatment,and the study group was better than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The clinical effect of manual reduction combined with medicine in the treatment of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo is good,which can effectively improve the symptoms of patients,with fast onset,low recurrence rate and high clinical application value.
