摘要
目的探讨灵芝多糖对小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。方法200只小鼠随机均分为灵芝多糖0.13、0.25、0.75 g·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)三个剂量组和对照组。给药30 d后,测定各组小鼠细胞免疫功能、体液免疫功能、单核-巨噬细胞功能及NK细胞活性。结果三个剂量灵芝多糖组小鼠体重、免疫器官指数、淋巴细胞增殖能力、耳肿胀度及溶血空斑数与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。灵芝多糖0.75 g·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)组血清半数溶血值和吞噬指数高于对照组(P<0.05);灵芝多糖0.25、0.75 g·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)组小鼠NK细胞活性高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论灵芝多糖在0.75 g·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)剂量下有增强小鼠免疫功能的作用。
Objective To investigate the regulatory effect of ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide on immune function in mice.Methods Two hundreds mice were equally randomized into four groups.The mice in groups of A,B and C were treated with ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide 0.13,0.25 and 0.75 g·kg^(-1)·d^(-1),respectively.The mice in group D were taken as the controls.After 30 days,the cellular immune function,humoral immune function,monocyte-macrophage function and activity of NK cells were detected in each group.Results The body weight,index of immune organ,proliferation of lymphocytes,degree of ear swelling and number of hemolytic plaque in groups of A,B and C were similar to those in group D(P>0.05).Compared with group D,the half value of hemolysis and phagocytosis index were increased in group C(P<0.05),and the activity of NK cells was increased in groups of B and C(P<0.05).Conclusion Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide in a dose of 0.75 g·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)could enhance the immune function in mice.
