摘要
为研究超临界CO_(2)流体中温度对专用染料在芳纶1313上的染色性影响和超临界CO_(2)流体预处理对该类纤维在传统水浴中的染色影响,采用专用红SCF-ANBL染料在超临界CO_(2)流体内不同温度条件下对芳纶1313进行染色,同时对超临界CO_(2)流体预处理的该类纤维在传统水浴内进行染色。实验结果表明,专用红SCF-ANBL在超临界CO_(2)流体及传统水浴介质中对芳纶1313染色良好。当超临界CO_(2)流体温度在60~120℃内变化时,专用分散红SCF-ANBL染料具有优良的低温上染性能,但随温度升高其上染性提高缓慢。芳纶1313经超临界CO_(2)流体预处理后,其在传统水浴介质中的染色性能有明显提升。
In order to study the influence of temperature in supercritical CO_(2)fluid on the dyeability of special dyes on meta-aramid fiber and the influence of supercritical CO_(2)fluid pretreatment on the dyeability of such fibers in traditional water bath,special red SCF-ANBL dye was used to dye meta-aramid fiber at different temperatures in supercritical CO_(2)fluid,and the fibers pretreated by supercritical CO_(2)fluid were dyed in traditional water bath.The results show that meta-aramid fiber could be well colored by employing the special red SCF-ANBL in supercritical CO_(2)fluid or aqueous system.The special red SCF-ANBL dye exhibits a good uptake behavior on the fiber at a relative low temperature in supercritical CO_(2),while accompanying with a slow improvement from 60-120℃.After a supercritical pretreatment,the coloration performances of the meta-aramid fiber was achieved by employing the special red SCF-ANBL dye in a traditional aqueous dyeing system.
