山区油气管道废弃处置技术简析 被引量:5

摘要 管道废弃是油气管道全生命周期管理的重要组成部分。目前国内管道废弃处置技术主要针对普通的油气管道,对于大落差、地形起伏大的山区油气管道尚未见相关文献报道。在充分调研现有油气管道废弃处置技术的基础上,结合山区油气管道敷设特点,对比分析山区一般管道、陡坡段管道以及并行管道废弃方式的选择,以实例验证山区输油管道清洗、油气管道拆除、注浆、注惰性气体封存等技术要点。结果表明:输油管道清洗的难点在于通过控制清洗列车前后压差避免产生下坡段管道不满流现象,山区油气管道的分段隔离措施应严于普通管道,隔离间距应在相关规定的基础上适当减小;山区油气管道注浆时应严格控制浆液的流动性、填充率、固化时间、结石强度等指标,并配以合适的注浆设备与工艺来确保上、下坡段管道的注浆质量。 Abandonment is an important part of the full life cycle management of oil and gas pipelines.At present,the disposal technologies of abandoned oil and gas pipelines in China are mainly aimed at ordinary pipelines.For oil and gas pipelines in mountainous areas with large drops or large topographic undulations,the abandonment disposal technologies have not been reported.On the basis of a full investigation of the existing disposal technologies of abandoned oil and gas pipelines,combined with the characteristics of pipelines laying in mountainous areas,the selections of disposal methods of common section,steep-slope section and parallel section are analyzed.And,cases are given to verify the key technical points of oil pipeline cleaning,oil and gas pipeline removing,grouting and inert gas sequestration in mountainous areas.The results show that the difficulty of oil pipeline cleaning is to prevent the phenomenon of slack flow in the downhill section,and this can be avoided by controlling the differential pressure between the front and rear of the cleaning train.The segmented isolation measures of oil and gas pipelines in mountainous areas should be stricter than those of ordinary pipelines,and the isolation distance should be reduced appropriately.During the grouting of oil and gas pipelines in mountainous areas,the indicators such as slurry fluidity,filling rate,solidify time,and stone strength should be strictly controlled,and the grouting equipment and process should be properly used to ensure the grouting quality of the upper and lower slope pipeline.
