基于受电弓状态感知的弓网安全监测系统研究与探讨 被引量:10

Investigation of a pantograph-catenary monitoring system using condition-based pantograph recognition

摘要 我国电气化铁路运营的里程日益增长,服役的车辆越来越多.作为车辆大系统关键装备之一的弓网系统,如何提高其服役检测水平,在确保安全运行的同时,降低维护检修的成本,这是弓网系统安全监测及故障诊断需要解决的关键问题.从系统的研制流程、整体架构、功能模块、故障诊断以及监测方案等几个方面,对弓网安全监测系统进行介绍和讨论.最后以具体的两个弓网故障为例,介绍如何通过对受电弓的状态感知,规划相应的安全监测方案. In recent years in China, the operating mileage and the number of vehicles in the electrified railway have increased. For the pantograph-catenary system, which is one of the key components of the vehicle system, an urgent problem is how to improve the level of service detection, diagnose faults, and propose safety monitoring to assure safe operation and decrease the cost of maintance and repairation. In this paper, the design process, the overall architecture, the function module, the fault diagnosis method, and the monitoring scheme for a monitoring system based on the pantograph are investigated and discussed. As an example, two specified faults are introduced to describe how to develop a monitoring scheme based on pantograph condition-based recognition.
