神东矿区无煤柱开采关键技术及应用研究 被引量:20

摘要 为了进一步提高煤炭资源回收率,减少矿井掘进队伍数量,降低巷道掘进进尺,提高掘进率,消除由于区段煤柱留设带来的采空区遗煤自燃隐患和集中压力影响,神东矿区研究应用无煤柱开采技术,通过理论设计和现场实践应用相结合的方法,持续优化施工工艺,研究得出了适合神东矿区开采条件的柔模混凝土和切顶卸压沿空留巷工艺,研发了沿空留巷液压支架、内嵌式锚索、恒阻锚索等关键创新设备,应用结果表明在神东矿区近水平、浅埋深条件下采用沿空留巷和沿空掘巷无煤柱开采工艺是完全可行的,有限提高了掘进效率,缓解了接续紧张,保证了顶板安全。 In order to further improve the recovery rate of coal resources,reduce the number of mine driving teams,the driving footage and driving rate,and eliminate the hidden danger of coal spontaneous combustion and the impact of concentrated stress in goaf caused by the coal pillars in the coal pillar area,Shendong mining area explores mining without coal pillars,and through theoretical design and field application,the construction technology is continuously optimized.According to the research results,flexible formwork concrete and roof cutting pressure releasing technology for gob-side entry retaining is suitable for Shendong mining area,and the key equipment are developed for gob-side entry retaining,including hydraulic support,embedded anchor cable and constant resistance anchor cable.Application results show that,the non-pillar mining technology of gob-side entry retaining and driving is feasible for near horizontal and shallow coal seam mining in Shendong mining area,which can improve tunneling efficiency,alleviate the tension of tunneling-mining succession,and ensure the safety of roof.
