摘要
为了有效防治布尔台煤矿42107工作面强矿压显现现象,采用VB.NET软件编程技术对42107工作面液压支架工作阻力监测数据进行了系统分析,研究了强矿压显现规律,提出了强矿压防治对策。结果表明:布尔台煤矿42107工作面强矿压主要受层间坚硬岩层影响,在较宽区段煤柱的约束作用下,采空区边沿悬顶面积较大,工作面机头机尾处顶板活动不充分;在临空侧悬顶和本工作面超前支承压力影响下,超前巷道矿压显现强烈;由于工作面长度较大,同时受上覆22煤遗留煤柱影响,工作面中部矿压显现也较强烈。基于强矿压显现规律,提出了强矿压防治方法。实践表明,强矿压控制效果良好。
In order to control the strong rock pressure of 42107 mining face of Buertai Coal Mine,the VB.net programming was used to analyze the monitoring data of hydraulic support working resistance in the working face,the rock pressure law is studied and the control strategy is proposed.The results show that the strong rock pressure of 42107 working face is mainly affected by the hard strata between the 22# and 42# coal seams.Under the restraint of wide coal pillar,roof-hanging area the edge of goaf is large,and the roof activity at the head and tail of working face is inadequate;influenced by the goaf-side hanging roof and advance abutment pressure,rock pressure is strong in the advance roadway;the rock pressure is strong in middle part of the working face,because of its large length,and the overlying pillar of 22# coal seam.Based on the law and mechanism of strong rock pressure,the prevention and control measures is proposed,and the control effect is favorable in practice.
