来华留学生跨文化协同教育体系构建研究

摘要 现阶段,面向来华留学生群体的跨文化教育,仍存在着留学生跨文化适应与融入状况不佳、教育体系欠缺整体性跨文化设计、教育管理工作缺乏协同意识等问题。鉴于此,从来华留学生跨文化协同教育体系构建原则入手,提出需明确跨文化协同教育中可迁移导向的育人观念、积极培养具备全球视野和国际水平的教师、构建契合国际化标准的多元课程体系,以及建立多元化协同管理服务保障机制等对策。 At the present stage,cross-cultural education for international students in China still has problems such as poor cross-cultural adaptation and integration of international students,lack of integrated cross-cultural design in the education system,and lack of synergy in education management.In view of this,starting from the principles of constructing a cross-cultural collaborative education system for international students in China,this paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as clarifying the migration-oriented education concepts in cross-cultural collaborative education,actively cultivating teachers with a global perspective and international level,building a multi-curricular system in line with international standards,and establishing a diversified collaborative management service guarantee mechanism.
