基于多物理场耦合的母线优化设计

摘要 针对矩形母线消耗材料多,电流密度偏低,散热效果差等缺点,在充分考虑邻近效应和集肤效应影响的基础上,采用多物理场耦合分析的方法对2kA矩形母线进行优化设计。首先建立常规矩形母线三维电磁场有限元模型,对其电磁场进行计算,得出电流密度的分布,对比两种母线集肤效应系数。其次,将电磁损耗当做热源添加到母线的流体-温度场计算中,分析对比了两种母线温升及流速分布,确定了母线导体中各个部分中对流散热与辐射散热所占的比重。最后,通过仿真与试验测量结果的对比,证明了所用多物理耦合分析方法可以为其它类型母排的分析提供参考。 In view of such defects of rectangular busbar as large consumption of materials,low current density and poor cooling effect,considering the influence of the proximity effect and skin effect,a multi-physics coupling analysis on 2kA irregular busbar in substation was made for its optimization.First,a three-dimensional model based on the finite-element method of busbar was established,and the distribution of current density was obtained by calculating its electromagnetic field.The double coupling method was used for fluid-temperature field calculation with electromagnetic loss as the heat source to determine the proportion of convection heat and radiation heat dissipation in each part of the busbar conductor.The electromagnetic force analysis was taken as the load of the structure field analysis,and a new method of vibration simplification mode was adopted for structure field distribution of irregular busbar.Finally,the method of multi-physical field coupled analysis was taken as a reference for other types of busbar.
