摘要
为从产品基因调控网络(Gene Regulatory Network,GRN)中析出更为完善、系统的设计知识,基于社会网络分析理论(Social Network Analysis,SNA)构建了一种新的产品GRN设计知识析出模式。提出节点中心性的3种独立分析维度和中心度综合指数,并依此完善节点类型的特征描述与设计规则;提出节点分块作为节点集团设计知识析出的新途径,基于块模型构建节点集团类型与关系的识别规则。有效析出了SUV车型GRN节点效能与类型、集团类型与关系等多类设计知识,证明基于SNA的产品GRN设计知识析出模式具有可行性和有效性。
In order to extract more perfect and systematic design knowledge from product GRN(Gene Regulatory Network),a new product GRN design knowledge extraction mode was proposed based on SNA(Social Network Analysis).Three independent analysis dimensions and centrality comprehensive index of node centrality were proposed.The characteristic description and design rules of node type were improved accordingly.Node block was proposed as a new way of node group design knowledge extraction.The identification rules of node group type and relationships were constructed based on block model.Various kinds of design knowledge,such as the efficacy and type of SUV vehicle GRN node,the type and relationship of node group,were effectively extracted,which proved that product GRN design knowledge extraction mode based on SNA was feasible and effective.
