“两维一体化”煤矿矿井水分级处理与高效循环利用技术 被引量:7

摘要 针对目前矿井水资源化中存在的煤矿闭坑后资源开发利用不足、井下矿井水处理设备较少及工艺不成熟和地面处理能耗高等问题,本文首次提出了"两维一体化"煤矿矿井水处理与利用理念。对不同类型的矿井水,从时间维度(煤矿生产—闭坑)和空间维度(煤矿井下—地面),提出了基于时间维度的煤矿矿井水"生产—闭坑"全过程污染控制技术、基于空间维度的煤矿矿井水"井下—地面"分级处理与利用技术,建立了"两维一体化"煤矿矿井水分级处理与高效循环利用技术体系,并研发了可渗透反应墙(Permeable Reactive Barrier,PRB)、新型纳米无机-有机复合絮凝剂、压力式气水互冲洗过滤池、反渗透耦合纳滤脱盐装备以及高浓度泥浆(high density sludge,HDS)工艺等新材料、新设备、新技术、新工艺,为矿井水的绿色处理与利用提供了一种新的思路。 Aiming at the problems of insufficient development and utilization of mine water resources after mine closure,less underground mine water treatment equipment,immature technology and high energy con⁃sumption of ground treatment during reclamation of mine water,this article puts forward the concept of"twodimensional integration"of mine water treatment and utilization for the first time.For different types of mine water,from the time dimension(coal production-closure)and space dimension(underground mine-ground),this article puts forward the whole process("production-closure")pollution control technology of mine water based on the time dimension and the treatment by classification("underground-ground")and utilization tech⁃nology of mine water based on the space dimension,establishes a"two-dimensional integration"coal mine water treatment by classification and efficient recycling technology system,and develops new materials,new equipment,new technology and new process,including permeable reactive barrier(PRB),new nano-inorgan⁃ic-organic composite flocculant,pressure sensitive air-water mutual flushing filter basin,reverse osmosis cou⁃pled nanofiltration desalination equipment and high density sludge(HDS)process,etc.,providing a new idea for the green treatment and utilization of mine water.
