摘要
为了获取发动机高精度位置信息,实现喷油正时的精准控制,利用微处理器TC1728丰富的硬件资源,通过硬件配置和算法设计,对曲轴信号进行倍频处理,获得高精度信号。使用高精度的倍频信号,控制四缸四冲程发动机的喷射系统,并对倍频信号作误差分析。实验结果表明,曲轴信号误差被控制在两个GPTA时钟脉冲内,提高了喷射系统控制精度,而且控制算法更简洁有效,验证了算法的正确性和可行性。
In order to obtain the high-precision position information of the engine and realize the precise control of the injection timing,this paper uses the abundant hardware resources of the microprocessor TC1728,carries on the frequency doubling processing to the crankshaft signal through the hardware configuration and algorithm design,and obtains the high-precision signal.The injection system of four cylinder four stroke engine is controlled by high precision frequency doubling signal,and the error analysis of frequency dou⁃bling signal is made.Analysis of the experimental results shows that the crankshaft signal error is controlled within two GPTA clock pulses,which improves the control accuracy of the injection system,and the control algorithm is more simplified and effective,which verifies the correctness and feasibility of the algorithm.
