产业集聚、市场化程度与城市碳效率 被引量:12

摘要 本文基于集聚经济理论探讨了产业集聚对碳效率的影响机理。通过匹配2010~2019年间中国285个地级以上城市面板数据,运用空间计量方法研究了不同产业空间集聚对碳效率的影响。结果表明,产业集聚对城市碳效率影响显著,且各产业的集聚效应呈现显著异质性。其中,高端生产性服务业集聚对改善本地及周边地区碳效率均发挥显著正向作用,而制造业集聚则对城市碳效率发挥显著的抑制作用。在此基础上,本文使用门限回归方法,以市场化指数作为门槛变量,检验产业集聚对碳效率影响的门槛特征,并证明了市场化程度的提高将改善集聚效应对碳效率的影响。最后,本文根据实证结果提出了相应的政策建议。 Based on the theory of agglomeration economy,this paper discusses the influence mechanism of industrial agglomeration on carbon efficiency.By matching the panel data of 285 cities above the prefecture level in China from 2010 to 2019,this paper uses spatial econometric method to study the impact of spatial agglomeration of different industries on carbon efficiency.The results show that industrial agglomeration has a significant impact on urban carbon efficiency,and the agglomeration effects of different industries show significant heterogeneity.Among them,the agglomeration of high-end producer services has a significant positive effect on the improvement of carbon efficiency in local and surrounding areas,while the agglomeration of manufacturing has a significant inhibiting effect on the urban carbon efficiency.On this basis,this paper uses the threshold regression method and takes the marketization index as the threshold variable to test the threshold characteristics of the impact of industrial agglomeration on carbon efficiency,and proves that the increase of marketization degree will improve the impact of agglomeration effect on carbon efficiency.Finally,this paper puts forward corresponding policy suggestions based on the empirical results.
