摘要
为减小换挡过程的冲击感,针对纯电动汽车两挡机械式自动变速器(AMT)换挡升降扭过程提出一种基于正弦波曲线的升降扭控制策略,根据设计需求进行变速器控制单元(TCU)软件系统开发,分别采用模型在环(MIL)、软件在环(SIL)、硬件在环(HIL)和台架测试验证所提出策略的有效性,并进行实车测试,在相同油门踏板开度下对比加速度变化率和俯仰角的变化,分析换挡平顺性。结果表明:曲线控制相比直线控制可以减小升降扭过程的冲击度,从而减小换挡冲击,提高车辆的驾驶平顺性。
In order to reduce the jerk during shifting,the sinusoidal wave curve based strategy is proposed for BEV two-gear AMT shifting torque control.TCU software system is developed according to design requirements and MIL/SIL/HIL as well as bench tests are conducted to validate the effectiveness of the control strategy.The shifting smoothness is analyzed in real vehicle test by comparing the variation of acceleration rate and pitch angle under the same throttle opening.The results show that the curve control strategy can reduce the jerk during torque change compared with linear strategy,thus reduce the shifting jerk and improve ride comfort.
