摘要
目的关于益生菌联合阿奇霉素对小儿急性肠胃炎进行治疗的临床效果分析。方法选择2019年3月至2020年6月期间80例到我院进行治疗的小儿急性肠胃炎病例,按照入院挂号尾数的奇偶数随机分为两组,奇数为观察组(40例),偶数为对照组(40例)。对照组单纯采用药阿奇霉素治疗,观察组采用益生菌联合阿奇霉素进行治疗,对两组的治疗效果进行比较。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.00%,明显比对照组的72.50%更高,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率为5.00%,明显低于对照组的25.00%,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组患儿的腹痛缓解时间、腹泻缓解时间、发热缓解时间和呕吐缓解时间都比对照组短,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论临床通过益生菌联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿急性肠胃炎,能够提升对患儿治疗的总有效率,降低患儿用药的不良反应,促进临床症状的缓解,是理想的用药手段。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of probiotics combined with azithromycin in the treatment of children with acute gastroenteritis.Methods Eighty cases of acute gastroenteritis in children who came to our hospital for treatment from March 2019 to June 2020 were randomly divided into two groups according to the odd and even numbers of the admission mantissa,the odd number was the observation group(40 cases),and the even number was the control group(40 cases).The control group was treated with azithromycin alone,and the observation group was treated with probiotics combined with azithromycin.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 72.50%in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);the adverse reaction rate in the observation group was 5.00%,which was significantly lower than the 25.00%in the control group.The difference was significant(P<0.05).The time to relieve abdominal pain,diarrhea,fever,and vomiting in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical treatment of acute gastroenteritis in children with probiotics combined with azithromycin can improve the total effective rate of treatment for children,reduce the adverse reactions of children with drugs,and promote the relief of clinical symptoms.It is an ideal medication method.
