摘要
目的探讨翻转课堂混合式教学模式在神经内科住院医师规范化培训中的教学效果,为提高住培学生学习效果及兴趣寻求更为优越的教育模式。方法对12名住培学生按照神经内科住院医师规范化培训要求进行《神经病学》理论授课,绪论至第九章部分采用传统授课方法,第十至第十八章部分以翻转课堂的混合式教学形式进行。比较翻转课堂的混合式教学前后学生评判性思维及自主学习能力改变情况、传统教学与翻转课堂混合式教学两种模式的满意度调查情况。结果学生在接受翻转课堂的混合式教学后,评判性思维及自主学习能力均得到明显提高;翻转课堂混合式教学模式对提高学习积极性、增强理论知识感性认识、加深对知识的理解和记忆、缩短理论与临床实际的差距、增强分析临床问题的能力、有效利用学校资源、提高自学能力、锻炼归纳总结及表达的能力、培养评判性思维能力等方面均明显优于传统教学模式。结论翻转课堂混合式教学模式应用于神经内科住院医师规范化培训能增强住培学生评判性思维及自主学习能力,增加教学满意度,提高神经内科住培学生学习效果及学习兴趣。
Objective To investigate the teaching effects of flipped classroom based on blended learning method in the standardized training of neurology residents and seek a better education method to improve students’study effects and interests.Methods According to the standardized training requirements of neurology residents,12 resident students of our department were received the course education of Neurology.The introduction to chapter 9 were taught by traditional education methods,Chapters 10 to 18 were conducted by flipped classroom based on blended learning method.The changes of students’critical thinking and self-learning ability before and after the teaching method of flipped classroom based on blended learning were contrasted,and the satisfaction surveys were compared between traditional education and the method of flipped classroom and blended learning.Results After received the educations by flipped classroom based on blended learning,the students’ability of critical thinking and self-learning were improved obviously;In satisfaction surveys,flipped classroom based on blended teaching method is superior to traditional teaching mode,including the improvement on learning enthusiasm,enhancing the perceptions of theoretical knowledge,deepen students’understanding and memory,shorten the gap between theory and clinical practice,promoting the ability in analyzing clinical problems,effective school resource utilization,improving self-learning ability,practicing the ability to summarize and express,developing critical thinking.Conclusion The education method of flipped classroom based on blended learning in the standardized training of neurology residents can promote the students’critical thinking and self-learning ability,increase teaching satisfaction,improve students′study effects and interests.
