摘要
骨科疾病通常会给患者带来剧烈的疼痛,严重限制患者的行为能力,降低患者的生活质量。骨科康复护理是指护理人员在康复医学理论的指导下,积极配合主治医生的治疗措施,对患者进行辅助治疗,促使患者早日康复的护理行为。近些年随着医学模式的发展,康复护理已经从早期的单纯医学护理向多元化综合护理转变。随着人们对于康复护理重视程度的不断提高,康复护理在骨科临床护理中的应用也日益广泛。很多专家学者关于骨科康复护理开展了大量的研究工作,并取得了良好的效果。本文对近些年骨科康复护理研究进展进行综述,以期为临床骨科康复护理的应用提供借鉴。
Orthopedic diseases usually bring severe pain to patients,severely limit the behavior ability of patients,and reduce the quality of life of patients. Orthopedic rehabilitation nursing refers to the nursing behavior that the nursing staff actively cooperates with the treatment measures of the attending doctor under the guidance of the rehabilitation medical theory to assist the treatment of the patients and promote the patients to recovery as soon as possible. In recent years,with the development of medical model,rehabilitation nursing has also changed from early simple medical nursing to multiple comprehensive nursing. With the continuous improvement of people’s attention to rehabilitation nursing,rehabilitation nursing is also widely used in orthopedic clinical nursing. Many experts and scholars have carried out a lot of research work on orthopedic rehabilitation nursing,and achieved better results. This paper reviews the research progress of orthopedic rehabilitation nursing in recent years,in order to provide reference for clinical orthopedic rehabilitation nursing.
