摘要
通过对突发公共卫生事件下开展精神卫生干预的重要性和必要性进行分析,对深圳市罗湖医院集团在新冠肺炎疫情中实行的主要精神卫生干预对策,如组建应对疫情防控心理疏导小组、开展线上心理咨询热线和音乐治疗、线下心理疏导和干预等服务等进行说明,指出我国精神卫生工作存在的主要问题,进而提出加大精神卫生领域财政投入,合理分配精神卫生资源,将精神卫生机构纳入医联体建设等建议,以促进我国精神卫生事业的发展。
Through the analysis of the importance and necessity of mental health intervention in public health emergencies, this study elaborates the strategies for main mental health intervention implemented by Shenzhen Luohu Hospital Group during the outbreak of COVID-19, including setting up psychological counseling groups for epidemic prevention, carrying out online psychological consultation and music therapy, and offline mental consultation and intervention. It also points out the main problems in mental health service in China and further puts forward some suggestions such as increasing financial investment in mental health field, reasonably distributing mental health resources, and integrating mental health institutions into the medical consortium so as to promote the development of mental health in China.
