摘要
轮胎自动装配机械手结构设计是针对汽车轮胎搬运、螺栓拧紧的机械结构设计。该设计包含三部分,分别为螺栓拧紧部分、拧紧机轴前进部分、机械爪抓取部分。三个部分协调配合,在生产线上将轮胎由一条生产线搬运至另外一条生产线,同时在第二条生产线上将轮胎装配到汽车上,完成对汽车轮胎的自动装配。轮胎自动装配机械手避免了在汽车轮胎的装配过程中采用人工方式进行装配产生的诸多弊端,同时能够让汽车的生产满足自动化装配需求,打造未来自动化工厂。
The structure design of tire automatic assembly manipulator is aimed at the mechanical structure design of vehicle tire handling and bolt tightening.The design includes three parts,which are the bolt tightening part,the forward part of tightening shaft and the mechanical claw grasping part.The three parts coordinate to transport the tire from one production line to another in the production line,and assemble the tire to the car in the second production line to complete the automatic assembly of the car tire.Tire automatic assembly manipulator avoids many disadvantages of manual assembly in the assembly process of automobile tire,and can make the automobile production meet the requirements of automatic assembly,and build the future automatic chemical plant.
