摘要
PCCP(预应力钢筒混凝土管)具有防腐性能好、使用寿命长、抗渗性能好、水头损失小、结构刚性好、安装方便、运行及维护成本低、管道漏损抢修方便、快捷等诸多优点,近年来在国内供水工程中得到广泛应用。论文结合PCCP在合肥市磨墩水库至七水厂供水工程管道工程中的施工应用情况,对PCCP管道内安法施工过程的质量控制及管道运行中的漏损抢修进行简要概述,为PCCP管道的推广应用提供技术和工程参考。
PCCP(prestressed steel cylinder concrete pipe)has good anti-corrosion performance,long service life,good impermeability,low head loss,good structural rigidity,convenient installation,low operation and maintenance costs,and convenient and quick repair of pipeline leakage.Many advantages have been widely used in domestic water supply projects in recent years.This article combines the construction application of PCCP in the pipeline engineering of the water supply project from Modun Reservoir to Qishui Plant in Hefei City,and briefly summarizes the quality control of the PCCP pipeline internal installation method and the leakage repair during pipeline operation,so as to provide technical and engineering reference for the promotion and application of PCCP pipeline.
