为全面提升行政事业单位财务管理科学化、精细化水平,增强财政资金的使用绩效和监管质效,无锡市财政局基于云架构,创新构建"业务+监管"模式的财务共享平台,实现全市所有行政事业单位财务支出的全流程线上管理;同时,充分运用大数据、人工智能技术,对行政事业单位财务共享业务进行全范围、全要素穿透监管。
In order to comprehensively improve the scientific and refined level of financial management in administrative institutions, and enhance the performance of fiscal funds and the quality and effectiveness of supervision, Wuxi Municipal Finance Bureau, based on the cloud architecture, innovatively builds a financial sharing platform with a "business+supervision" model to realize the entire city full-process online management of financial expenditures of administrative institutions;at the same time, make full use of big data and artificial intelligence technology to conduct full-range and full-factor penetrating supervision of the financial sharing business of administrative institutions.
