摘要
“脱实向虚”对实体经济的影响有多种情形,但已有研究在认定上往往比较笼统,偏于一概否定。正确判断实体经济脱实向虚的具体状况尤其是判定是否发生了政府应予治理的脱实向虚,对于宏观经济的健康发展至关重要。依据不同的分类标准,“脱实向虚”可以划分为“资金脱实向虚”与“资源脱实向虚”、“微观主体脱实向虚”与“宏观经济脱实向虚”、“有害的脱实向虚”与“无害的脱实向虚”。资金脱实向虚不一定导致资源脱实向虚。微观主体脱实向虚不一定引起宏观经济脱实向虚。损害实体经济或积累金融风险的脱实向虚才是有害的脱实向虚。脱实向虚是否损害经济,要结合实体经济总体态势和虚拟经济总体态势等进行判定。
The influence of“shifting from real to virtual”on the real economy results in a variety of situations,but the existing research is comparatively general and tends to be totally negative.It is very important for the healthy development of macro economy to correctly judge the specific situation of the“shifting from real to virtual”,especially to judge whether the government should manage the“shifting from real to virtual”.According to different classification standards,“shifting from real to virtual”can be divided into“capital shifting from real to virtual”and“resources shifting from real to virtual”,“micro-subject shifting from real to virtual”and“macro-economy shifting from real to virtual”,“harmful shifting from real to virtual”and“harmless shifting from real to virtual”.The fact that funds are divorced from real does not necessarily lead to the fact that resources are divorced from real.The detachment of micro-subjects from real to virtual does not necessarily lead to the detachment of macro-economy from real to virtual.“Shifting from real to virtual”is harmful when it damages the real economy or accumulates financial risks.Whether it is harmful to the economy to shift from real to virtual should be judged according to the overall situation of real economy and virtual economy.
