摘要
为分析玄武岩纤维对水泥土抗渗性能的影响,在水泥土中掺入质量分数分别为0、0.5%、1.0%和1.5%的玄武岩纤维,通过渗透性试验和抗氯离子渗透性试验得到玄武岩纤维水泥土的渗透系数和电通量值,获得最优的玄武岩纤维掺量值.试验结果表明,掺入玄武岩纤维对水泥土的抗渗性能有较明显的增强作用,随着掺量增多,水泥土的渗透系数和电通量值都会降低,但降幅随着掺量的增加呈减小趋势,玄武岩纤维的最优质量分数为1.5%.结合扫描电镜测试,发现玄武岩纤维的掺入能有效联结土颗粒,使纤维、土颗粒和水泥形成一个更稳定的整体.
The influence of basalt fiber on the impermeability of soil-cement is studied by the tests of permeability,anti-chloride ion resistance and scanning electron microscope. The mixing basalt fiber mass fractions for different tests are 0,0. 5%,1. 0%,and 1. 5%,respectively. The permeability coefficients and electric fluxes of basalt fiber soil-cements are obtained. Results show that the addition of basalt fiber can obviously enhance the impermeability of soil-cement. With the increase of basalt fiber content,both the permeability coefficient and the value of electric flux decrease. The optimal mass fraction of basalt fiber is 1. 5%. The incorporation of basalt fibers can effectively connect the discrete soil particles and make the basalt fibers,soil particles and cement form a more stable whole.
