摘要
针对常用水工抗冲磨材料存在的韧性低、强度低、抗渗性差、抗冲磨性不佳等问题,研制了一种新型快速修复防渗抗冲磨改性环氧砂浆,并对材料的理化性能、力学性能、储存性能等进行了测试。结果表明,新型快速修复防渗抗冲磨改性环氧砂浆在抗拉、抗渗、抗冲磨性能方面均有较大的优势,目前已在坝前、溢流面、闸墩、泄洪洞等水工混凝土结构上得到应用。
With regards to the problems of low toughness,low strength,poor anti-permeability and unsatisfactory abrasion resistance of the common abrasion resistant material for water conservancy project,a new type of fast repairing impermeable abrasion resistant modified epoxy mortar is developed,and tests of physical and chemical properties,mechanical performance and storage property are conducted on it.Results show:the new mortar has superior advantages in terms of tensile strength,impermeability,abrasion resistance etc.,and it has been widely used on hydraulic concrete structures like front of dam,overflow surface,gate pier,tunnel spillway tec.
