摘要
为验证橡胶及密封剂对高原高寒环境的适应性,采用8360橡胶和HM119密封剂进行加速试验和高原、高寒地区外场自然暴露试验,对试验后试验件的表面形貌、硬度、拉伸强度、扯断伸长率进行测试。通过对非金属材料性能影响显著的低温、湿热、紫外等关键因素分析,根据一定的当量关系编制直升机高原高寒加速腐蚀老化试验环境谱,利用该谱进行加速试验。试验结果表明8360和HM119经过试验室加速试验和外场暴露试验后,基本没有发生老化、腐蚀现象,表面形貌变化不大,8360硬度、拉伸强度、扯断伸长率基本保持不变;HM119硬度略有上升、拉伸强度和扯断伸长率略有下降;8630和HM119加速试验与外场暴露性能变化基本相同、变换规律一致,所编制的高原高寒加速腐蚀老化试验谱与实际环境有良好的一致性。
In order to verify the adaptability of rubber and sealant to high altitude and cold environment,the 8360 and HM119 was test by accelerated test in laboratory and environment test in altitude environment area and cold environment area.After experiment,morphology、hardness、tensile strength and elongation of 8360 and HM119 were tested.Through the analysis of non-metallic materials mainly destroyed by temperature-damp-ultraviolet factors,based the date of temperaturedamp-ultraviolet factors,the corrosion-aged accelerated environment spectrum for altitude and cold environment was build corroding.The acceleration test is carried out by using the spectrum.The results show that:after test in laboratory and outside environment,there were no corrosion and aged for 8630 and HM119,and the samples’morphology show no different.The hardness、tensile strength and elongation of 8360 were remain unchanged.The hardness of HM119 raised little,and the tensile strength and elongation was declined little.The change law of materials’performance was same after laboratory and outside environment,so the corrosion-aged accelerated environment spectrum was reasonable.
