摘要
针对当前电力设备特殊环境试验标准不够全面的问题,本文收集了我国23家电力设备质量监督检验中心和实验室的CNAS认证标准,对其中涉及电力设备环境试验的347份标准进行综合对比分析。分析结果表明,当前电力设备环境技术标准存在:环境试验因素单一、多为通过性的环境技术要求、试验种类和检测对象不齐全等问题。有必要研究和验证各种环境因素的相互作用关系,提出关键电力设备的热带海岛环境试验方法,并研究电力装备特殊环境耐久性的试验方法和技术要求,为我国电力设备在热带海岛环境下长效服役性能提供技术指导。
Aiming at the current incomplete special environmental test standards for power equipment,the paper collects the CNAS certification standards of 23 power equipment quality supervision and inspection centers and laboratories.The paper comprehensively compares and analyzes 347 standards involving environmental testing of power equipment.The analysis results show that there are problems in the current environmental technical standards for power equipment:environmental test factor is single,mostly passable environmental technical requirements,test types and test objects are not complete,etc.It is necessary to study and verify the interaction of various environmental factors,propose comprehensive environmental test methods for key power equipment,and study the test methods and technical requirements for the durability of power equipment in special environments.It provides technical guidance for the long-term service performance of power equipment.
