摘要
利用中空纤维膜进行六氟化硫混合绝缘气体的回收及提纯,是一种新型回收分离提纯方法,与传统提纯技术相比具有诸多优势。本文介绍膜组件结构、六氟化硫气体混合绝缘气体提纯分离原理及相关产品性能。以中空纤维膜为例,阐述膜组件用于六氟化硫气体回收分离提纯的典型工艺,包括单级膜分离流程、多级膜分离流程,通过系统模拟得出产品气与渗透气的组成、六氟化硫气体回收率与纯度等参数。
The application of hollow fiber membrane to separation of SF6 from SF6 mixture gas is a new separation method,and it has many advantages over tradition separation technology.Membrane module structure,separation principle and related product performance are introduced.Taking hollow fiber membrane for example,the typical separation process is induced\using membrane module,including singe-stage membrane separation process,more-stage membrane separation process.The composition of product gas and permeation gas as well as the parameters such as methane recovery rate and purity are obtained by system simulation.
