宿州市室外风场年分布特征与变化趋势研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用典型气象年法和自然气象年法对宿州市1973年以来的室外风场数据进行统计分析,绘制了各季节及全年风频、风速玫瑰图。将近30年(1989-2018)与30年前(1973-1982年)典型气象年的数据进行对比,得到宿州市室外风场的年分布特征与变化规律。结果表明:宿州市全年主导风向明显,无静风;自然气象年近10年各季节及全年平均风速较前20年呈现下降趋势;夏季、全年最大风频较前20年呈下降趋势,冬季、过渡季变化趋势不明显。夏季、冬季及过渡季逐年风向变化波动性较大,全年逐年风向变化较为稳定;夏季主导风向逆时针发生了90°偏移;过渡季及全年主导风向均顺时针发生了22.5°偏移;冬季主导风向无变化;各季节及全年主导风向风速呈现下降趋势。 This paper adopts the typical meteorological year method and natural meteorological year method to statistically analyze the outdoor wind field data of Suzhou since 1973,and draws a rose chart of the wind frequency and wind speed for each season and the year round.After the data of typical meteorological years in the past 30 years(1989-2018)and 30 years ago(1973-1982)has been compared,the annual distribution characteristics and change laws of the outdoor wind field in Suzhou City were obtained.The results show that the dominant wind direction in Suzhou is obvious throughout the year,and there is no quiet wind;the average wind speed of each season and the whole year of the natural meteorological year in the past 10 years shows a downward trend compared with that in the previous 20 years;The change trend in winter and transition season is not obvious.In summer,winter and the transition season,the year-on-year wind direction changes are more volatile,and the year-on-year wind direction change is relatively stable;the summer dominant wind direction has a 90°offset counterclockwise;the transition season and the year-round dominant wind direction has a clockwise offset of 22.5°.There is no change in the dominant wind direction in winter;and the prevailing wind direction and wind speed in all seasons and throughout the year show a downward trend.
