摘要
马克思认为劳动是人的本质,马克思劳动观是唯物史观的核心内容。结合马克思劳动观视阈对高职院校劳动教育进行研究,要从"树德""增智""强体""育美"四个方面分析其价值意蕴,着重从顶层设计、课程设置、实践育人和保障机制等方面对劳动教育工作进行优化,为培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人提供强力支撑。
Marx believed that labor is the essence of man, and Marx’s labor viewpoint is the core content of historical materialism. Study on labor education in higher vocational colleges shall combine Marx ’s labor viewpoint,analyze its value implication from four aspects: "establishing the virtue", "increasing intelligence","strengthening body"and "cultivating beauty", and optimize the work of labor education from the aspects of top-level design,curriculum, practical education and safeguard mechanism to provide strong support for the cultivation of socialist constructors and successors with all-round development of morality, intelligence, body and labor.
