摘要
为减少穿层测压钻孔施工参数的设计误差,进一步提高测压钻孔施工效率和煤层瓦斯压力测定的准确性,以河南某矿高位巷和戊8煤层相对位置为基础,建立AutoCAD图形转换模型和Excel几何计算模型,分别对测压钻孔参数进行设计。通过两个模型所设计的12个钻孔,钻孔长度最大差值为0.24 m,钻孔倾角最大差值为0.33°。现场应用结果表明:图形转换模型钻孔长度最大绝对误差为5.7 m,相对误差为7.3%;几何计算模型钻孔长度最大绝对误差为5.9 m,相对误差为7.5%;两个模型设计结果的最大绝对误差小于6.0 m,最大相对误差小于8.0%,均可以得到精准的钻孔设计参数。
In order to reduce the design error of the borehole construction parameters for pressure measurement and further improve the efficiency of borehole construction and the accuracy of coal seam gas pressure measurement,an AutoCAD graph transformation model and Excel geometry calculation model were established based on the relative positions of high roadway and Pent8 coal seam of a certain mine in Henan province,and the parameters of borehole were designed respectively.For the 12 boreholes designed by the two models,the maximum difference of borehole length is 0.24m,and the maximum difference of borehole dip Angle is 0.33°.The field application results show that the maximum absolute error and relative error of the drilling length of the graph transformation model are 5.7m and 7.3%respectively.The maximum absolute error of borehole length of geometric calculation model is 5.9m,and the relative error is 7.5%.The maximum absolute error of the design results of the two models is less than 6.0m and the maximum relative error is less than 8.0%,both of which can obtain accurate drilling design parameters.
