摘要
目的探究非惩罚性护理不良事件报告制度在护理质量与安全管理中的临床效果。方法将本院2018年5~7月的230例患者与2018年8~10月的235例患者分别进行传统护理管理与非惩罚性护理不良事件报告制度,比较两组的不良事件、护理满意以及不良事件上报的情况。结果实验组不良事件发生率低于对照组,且实验组满意度与总上报率均更高,有统计学价值(P<0.05)。结论在临床护理中实施非惩罚性护理不良事件报告制度,可有效避免不良事件,提高患者满意度,适合推广。
Objective Explore the clinical effect of non-punitive adverse nursing event reporting system in nursing quality and safety management.Methods 230 patients from May to July 2018 and 235 patients from August to October 2018 were treated with traditional nursing management and non-punitive nursing adverse event reporting system respectively Adverse events,nursing satisfaction and adverse event reporting were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the patients in the experimental group had higher satisfaction and total reporting rate(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of non-punitive nursing adverse events reporting system in clinical nursing can effectively avoid adverse events,improve patient satisfaction,suitable for promotion.
