摘要
当下,房建工程施工管理工作越来越复杂,在一定程度上加大了施工难度,随之精细化管理模式应运而生。精细化管理模式有利于合理配置资源、节约材料成本,尤其对施工管理工作水平的提升具有极其重要的促进作用。基于此,文章分析了房建工程施工管理中存在的问题,着重探讨了精细化管理模式在房建工程施工管理中的应用策略,旨在促进房建工程施工进度与质量的共同提升。
At present,the construction management of housing construction projects is becoming more and more complicated,which has increased the difficulty of construction in a certain extent,and a refined management mode has emerged.The refined management mode is in favor of rational allocation of resources,saving material costs,especially for the improvement of the work in construction management.Based on this,the article analyses the problems existing in the construction management of housing construction projects,and focus on discussing the application strategies of the refined management mode in the construction management of housing construction projects,so as to promote the construction progress and quality of housing construction projects.
