摘要
借助CiteSpace文献分析软件,对村规民约这一研究主题的发文量、发文作者和发文机构以及关键词进行了分析,通过深入阅读相关文献,发现村规民约的研究热点可归纳为价值功能、现实困境、优化路径三个维度。展望未来,村规民约的研究需吸纳不同学科知识,关注当下社会热点,丰富其研究内容;建设紧密的合作网络,适当借鉴西方理论,提升理论水平;加强政学合作,提高村规民约理论成果的实践应用程度,使村规民约为未来乡村治理发挥其应有价值。
With the help of CiteSpace literature analysis software, the volume of articles published, the authors and institutions, and keywords are analyzed. Through in-depth reading of relevant literature, it is found that the research hotspot of village Regulations and civic conventions can be summarized into three dimensions:value function, realistic dilemma and optimization path. Looking forward to the future, the study of village rules and civic regulations needs to absorb knowledge from different disciplines, pay attention to current social hotspot,and enrich its research content;build a close cooperation network, appropriately learn from Western theories, and improve the theoretical level;strengthen political and academic cooperation, improve the degree of practical application of the theoretical results of village rules and civic regulations to make it play its due value for the future village governance.
