摘要
研究猪O型口蹄疫不同疫苗在山西省的实际生产免疫效果,采集1、2、3、4号厂家灭活疫苗在养殖场的免疫效果。对山西省规模猪场、散养户免疫接种猪O型口蹄疫疫苗接种30 d后血清采集,以液相阻断ELISA、VP1结构蛋白抗体检测O型口蹄疫抗体滴度。研究发现,4个被分析的厂家O型口蹄疫疫苗效果存在明显差异,3号厂家疫苗免疫合格效果最佳,合格率达到83.5%,但是其疫苗安全性在4个厂家中最低。其余1、2、4号厂家疫苗安全性较为理想,但其免疫抗体合格率复不符合国标规定。通过对山西省4个疫苗生产厂家的O型口蹄疫疫苗应用状况、效果评估,以此为更好促进生猪养殖可持续发展奠定基础。
To study the actual production immunization effects of different vaccines for swine type O foot-and-mouth disease in Shanxi Province,and collect the immunization effects of inactivated vaccines from manufacturers 1,2,3 and 4 on the farm.Serum was collected 30 days after the inoculation of large-scale pig farms and scattered households in Shanxi province with the type O foot-and-mouth disease vaccine,and the antibody titer of type O foot-and-mouth disease was detected by liquid-phase blocking ELISA and VPI structural protein antibody.The study found that there are significant differences in the effectiveness of type O foot-and-mouth disease vaccines from the four analyzed manufacturers.Manufacturer No.3 has the best vaccine immunization effect,with a pass rate of 83.5%,but its vaccine safety is the lowest among the four manufacturers.The safety of vaccines from the other manufacturers 1,2 and 4 is relatively satisfactory,but the qualified rate of immune antibodies does not meet the national standard.The following is an evaluation of the application status and effect of type O foot-and-mouth disease vaccines of four vaccine manufacturers in Shanxi province,so as to lay a foundation for better promoting the sustainable development of pig breeding.
