疟疾快速免疫诊断技术的应用研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 疟疾是以蚊虫叮咬为媒介的虫媒传染病,呈周期性、反复发展,多次发作后易引起脾肿大、贫血等,且具有较高的传染性。临床需尽早进行诊断,以避免疟疾爆发性感染,保障公共安全。快速免疫诊断技术是应用于疟疾诊断的常用方法,具有快速、简单、敏感性及特异性高等优点。本文就疟疾快速免疫诊断技术的临床应用进行综述,旨在为临床提供借鉴。 Malaria is a vector-borne infectious disease mediated by mosquito bites.It develops periodically and repeatedly.After multiple attacks,it can easily cause splenomegaly and anemia,and it is highly infectious.Clinical diagnosis should be made as soon as possible to avoid outbreaks of malaria infection and ensure public safety.Rapid immunodiagnosis technology is a common method used in malaria diagnosis,which has the advantages of rapidness,simplicity,high sensitivity and specificity.This article reviews the clinical application of rapid immunodiagnostic technology for malaria,aiming to provide clinical reference.
