油井管道复合除垢剂的研制及性能评价

摘要 本文将酸性溶垢剂LE-2、渗透剂PJ、表面活性剂AES、悬浮剂XF复配后,制得了油井复合除垢剂GK-18。采用正交实验法,确定各成分的配比为LE-2∶PJ∶AES∶XF=5∶4∶3∶3时,复合除垢剂GK-18达到最优异性能。采用室内溶垢实验进行评价后可知,20%的GK-18除垢剂的溶垢能力最强,15h后的溶垢率可达95%以上。腐蚀性实验结果表明,GK-18除垢剂的腐蚀性小,20%的除垢剂对钢片的腐蚀速率仅为0.07 g·m^(-2)·h^(-1),抗矿化度性能高。 In this paper,the oil well compound Gk-18 was prepared applied the acidic solute LE-2,the penetrant PJ,the surfactant AES,and the suspension agent XF complex as raw materials.The orthogonal test results showed that the compound descaling agent GK-18 achieved the best performance when the ratio of LE-2:PJ:AES:XF was 5:4:3:3.The indoor scale dissolving experiment showed that 20%GK-18 had the strongest scale dissolving ability,the scale dissolving rate could reach more than 95%after 15h.Corrosion experiments showed that GK-18 had less corrosive and high salinity resistance,the corrosion rate of 20%of GK-18 to steel sheet was only 0.07 g/m^(2)/h.
