摘要
目的了解兰州市艾滋病确证实验室2017-2019年新确证的人类免疫缺陷病毒(human immuno-deficiency virus,HIV)感染者和艾滋病(acquired immune deficiency syndrome,AIDS)患者合并感染丙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis C virus,HCV)的状况。方法采用酶联免疫分析法和实时荧光法对兰州市艾滋病确证实验室2017-2019年新确证HIV感染者和AIDS患者样本进行HCV抗体和HCV RNA检测,分析兰州市HIV感染者和AIDS患者中合并感染HCV的状况。结果 2017-2019年兰州市艾滋病确证实验室检测的样本,HIV抗体阳性率分别为89.11%(491/551)、83.89%(453/540)和77.90%(476/611)。HIV/HCV抗体双阳率分别为3.87%(19/491)、3.09%(14/453)和3.36%(16/476)。合并感染者中男性高于女性(77.55%vs 22.45%;χ^(2)=4.549,P=0.033);初中及以下文化程度者多于初中以上文化程度者(49.80%vs 10.20%;χ^(2)=30.103,P<0.0001)。结论兰州市2017-2019年新确证的HIV感染者和AIDS患者合并感染HCV的比例较低,合并感染者中现症HCV患者比例较高。
Objective To study the co-infection status of hepatitis C virus(HCV) in newly confirmed human immunodeficiency virus(HIV) infection/acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS) patients from 2017 to 2019 in the AIDS Confirmation Laboratory of Lanzhou City. Methods HCV antibody and HCV RNA were detected in the samples of newly diagnosed HIV/AIDS patients in the AIDS Confirmation Laboratory of Lanzhou city from 2017 to 2019 by ELISA and real-time PCR, and HCV co-infection status was analyzed. Results From 2017 to 2019, the positive rates of HIV antibodies among patients identified at the AIDS Confirmation Laboratory of Lanzhou City were 89.11%(491/551), 83.89%(453/540) and 77.90%(476/611), respectively.The double positive rates of HIV/HCV antibodies were 3.87%(19/491), 3.09%(14/453) and 3.36%(16/476), respectively.Co-infection patients were found more in men than in women(77.55% vs 22.45%;χ^(2)=4.549, P=0.033),and were more with educational level of junior high school and below than those with junior high school and above(49.80% vs 10.20%;χ^(2)=30.103, P<0.000 1). Conclusions The proportion of new HIV/AIDS patients co-infected with HCV from 2017 to 2019 in Lanzhou city of China is low, and the proportion of patients with symptomatic HCV is high among co-infected patients.
