基于系统动力学的创新驱动乡村产业振兴研究——以浙江常山为例 被引量:2

摘要 乡村产业振兴需要发挥创新驱动的全面支撑作用。本文基于系统动力学方法,从产业创新环境、产业创新主体和产业创新平台3个维度构建了创新驱动乡村产业振兴的系统动力学模型,并用浙江省常山县的乡村运行数据进行了实证分析。研究发现:(1)创新环境是乡村产业振兴的基础和前提,政策实施的及时性和市场环境的数字化对乡村产业发展至关重要。(2)不同创新主体表现出差异化的驱动能力,提高企业研发支出显著驱动乡村产业发展,而政府财政支出与乡村产业发展无显著相关关系。(3)创新平台是推动乡村产业发展的关键性支撑,高密度的创新平台对应高水平的乡村产业发展。最后,从优化创新环境、厘清创新主体运行机制、打造高能级创新平台等角度提出促进乡村产业振兴的对策。 The revitalization of rural industry needs to play an overall supporting role driven by innovation. Based on the system dynamics method, this paper constructs a system dynamics model for innovation-driven of rural industry revitalization from the three dimensions of industrial innovation environment, industrial innovation subject and industrial innovation platform, and uses the rural operation data of Changshan County to conduct the empirical analysis. The findings:①Innovation environment is the foundation and premise of the revitalization of rural industry, and the timeliness of policy implementation and the information of the market environment are crucial to the development of rural industry.②Different innovation subjects show the driving ability of differentiation to the development of rural industry, and the promotion of enterprise R&D investment promotes the improvement of development level, while the government financial expenditure has no correlation with it.③ Innovation platform is the key support to promote the development of rural industry. High-density innovation platform corresponds to high-level rural industry development. Finally, from the perspective of optimizing the innovation environment, clarifying the operation mechanism of the innovation subject, and building a high-level innovation platform, the paper proposes countermeasures to promote the revitalization of rural industry.
